Dr. Karolina Sauer-Sidor, CEO of QUCOXX, recently took part in a top-class panel discussion at the NEW WORK EVOLUTION trade fair in Karlsruhe. Under the motto "How AI & Automation Redefine Everyday Work", Karolina presented their perspectives on how AI will redefine today's working time models and collaboration systems together with experts such as Christian Rebernik, CEO & Founder of Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences and Magdalena Oehl, Founder of Talent Rocket.

At a time when digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) are progressing at a rapid pace, the discussion about more flexible and efficient working models will increasingly come into focus in addition to many technological issues related to AI. The experts see the integration of AI into daily work processes and models as an enormous opportunity to overcome existing challenges such as e.g. to be able to solve a lack of skills, productivity disadvantages or obstacles to innovation with AI.

Karolina emphasized the following key points inthe discussion:

Revolution and evolution: With AI, we will see both a reolution that will completely change previous business models, but also an evolution that will gradually and sustainably change our previous approach.

Innovation through AI: AI enables companies to continuously drive innovation – even in small steps. AI will give rise to new,innovative business models. QUCOXX as a digital consultant for SMEs is one such example.

AI democratizes knowledge: AI makes expertise and skills more widely available and can help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) inparticular to increase their productivity and implement modern processes quickly and easily.

AI is reorganizing everyday work: AI will take over routine tasks,thus creating space for valuable topics and enabling employees to concentrate on the important topics – such as how can I better accompany my customer throughout the entire customer journey, or how can I implement innovation processes in the team more quickly.
