Account Executive DACH (f/m/d)

As the first hire in sales as Account Executive DACH - you’ll be at the forefront of opening and scaling our presence in the DACH region. You won’t just be closing deals - you’ll be laying the foundation for our brand and product awareness. You’ll build and shape the go-to-market strategy in this market and build the blueprint for other markets. Your role

  • The Account Executive position DACH is a holistic sales position; you will own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and closing to drive revenues and growth.
  • Lead Qualification as well as maintaining and growing the sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the SME business and market, the platform product and mapping its capabilities to client needs and pain points and showcasing its value.
  • Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on our QUCOXX platform.
  • Work closely with current and prospective customers in the DACH region as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels to build relationships and ensure ongoing business success.
  • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in CRM system.
  • Collaborate and work with the QUCOXX team to build solutions and adoption plans for customers.
  • Provide recommendations for our product team to help influence our product roadmap. Provide feedback and insights to improve product and service offerings.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities through business development and strategic market mapping.

Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a B2B-SaaS company in selling B2B SaaS solutions to stakeholders like owners or managers at the SME and mid-market level in the DACH region.
  • Proven track record of success in closing SME and Mid-Market SaaS deals in a fast-paced B2B tech-sales environment.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads, position solutions, and close deals.
  • Strong network within the DACH SME ecosystem with the ability to leverage connections to drive pipelines and open doors.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships, with a focus on growth and retention.
  • Experience in consultative sales, with the ability to deeply understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive long-term value to our clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiations skills with the ability to build credibility with company owners and executives. You enjoy the time with customers and being in contact with them.
  • You're curious about digital and AI solutions and tools to drive efficiency. A solid technical understanding, digital affinity, interest in application-oriented AI solutions and the ability to present and explain the digital and AI supported product and topics.
  • You thrive in a state of ambiguity and are motivated by strong personal drive and the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative, high-energy teammate. Open mindset and willingness to actively participate in shaping a growing start-up.
  • Early stage, growth startup experience would be a great add on.
  • Fluent in German and strong English skills.
