Performance Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)
We are a growing B2B company delivering innovative digital solutions that empower businesses to operate better, to achieve growth or improve their performance. We’re looking for an aspiring Performance Μarketing Specialist with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness. This position is designed for an analytical thinker who is passionate about data-driven strategies and is eager to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. Collaborating with the QUCOXX team, the candidate delivers data-driven strategies to help us with planning and implementing innovative advertising campaigns to grow the user base, traffic, and engagement of our B2B platform business.
Your role
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to meet business objectives.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive a strong return on investment and efficient CAC ratios.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Identifying and testing new channels and new media to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Monitoring campaign acquisition fraud and taking actions to minimize the fraud numbers. Avoidance of cost and result manipulation in marketing measures.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
- Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
- Working closely with the QUCOXX team to align marketing strategies with business goals, to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends, and technologies.
Your profile
- Proven working experience in performance marketing or a similar role (at least 3 years+) and experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for numbers and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Hands-on experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM and AEO strategies and tools.
- Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
- Attention to detail and confidence and willingness to shape these topics.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and start-up environments.
- Fluent in German and strong English skills.
