Customer Success Specialist (f/m/d)

Your role

  • Build and nurture strongrelationships with our clients, becoming a trusted partner who understandstheir business challenges, needs and goals.
  • Lead the onboarding process for newcustomers, ensuring smooth implementation and educating them on product functionality and best practices to ensure quick success values.
  • Work with a diverse range of clients. From small to mid-size businesses, our client portfolio spans different industries and regions, giving you exposure to different challenges and opportunities.
  • Monitor and drive product adoptionand usage, ensuring customers are utilizing the platform to its fullestpotential. Provide training, resources, and tailored recommendations to helpcustomers achieve success.
  • Regularly engage with customers through check-ins, and other touch points to review progress, offer guidance,and address any concerns or road blocks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, trouble shooting problems, coordinating with support and technical teams, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by identifying and mitigating churn risks. Lead renewal discussions, ensuring that customers see the value of continued partnership with us.
  • Work closely with the QUCOXX team to enhance customer experience, advocate for customer needs, and influence product development and improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics to measure usage patterns and performance and identify areas for improvement.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or client-facing role - preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with SME and mid-market enterprise and solid understanding of key challenges in this market segment.
  • Strong business understanding interms of functional business topics (e.g. growth, financial, sales, ...).
  • Strong understanding of digital platform products and business models with the ability to translate product capabilities into customer value.
  • Tech and digital savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain the platform products.
  • A passion for AI and digital solutions
  • Proven track record in driving customer success, product adoption, retention, and upselling strategies.
  • Ability to analyze customer data andusage trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Excellent communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain long-termr elationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to solve problems and managemultiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for delivering a unique customer experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g.,Odoo) and customer success tools.
  • Ability to work in a flexible working environment.
  • Fluent in German and strong English skills.
